Specialization Tracks & Qualifications
Participants may choose one of two advanced specialization tracks based on their background and career focus:
1. AI Full-Stack Developer
- Major Qualifications: Exclusively for students of Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related Computer Science/Information Technology fields.
- Focus Areas: Modern Web & App Development, AI System Integration, Workflow Automation, and Vibe Coding.
- Tech Stack: Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, and AI Development Tools.

2. AI Digital Marketing
- Major Qualifications: Open to all majors (Social Sciences, Business, Communications, Engineering, Science, etc.).
- Focus Areas: Data-Driven Marketing Strategy, Growth Hacking, and Next-Gen Search Optimization.
- Specializations: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Growth Analytics. Program Structure & Timeline
The program consists of two integrated phases:
Phase 1: Intensive Bootcamp
- Duration: 2 Months (Onsite)
- Location: MAXY AI Hub, Jakarta
- Description: In-depth AI training with industry mentors, real-world project work, and professional portfolio development.

Phase 2: Paid Internship
- Duration: 4 Months (Onsite)
- Location: Anteraja Head Office
- Description: Paid internship handling actual Anteraja business cases, plus performance evaluation for potential transition to full-time employment.

Selection Stages & Rigorous Interviews
As this program offers a 100% full scholarship and a direct career path at Anteraja, the number of available spots is strictly limited. All applicants will undergo a competitive and rigorous selection process to identify top talent.
1. Registration & Document Screening: Evaluation of academic records, initial portfolio, student status (Semesters 5–8), and major qualifications.
2. Logic & AI Test: Assessment of logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and foundational interest in AI technology.
3. Rigorous & In-depth Interview: Face-to-face interview sessions with the Anteraja hiring team and MAXY Academy experts to assess mindset, leadership potential, technical capabilities, and commitment to learning.
4. Scholarship Recipient Announcement: Selected candidates will receive an official Scholarship Offer Letter and join the Anteraja NextGen AI Academy cohort.

Participant Requirements
- Active university students (Semesters 5–8) from institutions across Indonesia.
- Meet major qualifications relevant to the chosen track (Full-stack Development requires an IT-related major; Digital Marketing is open to all majors).
- Highly committed to participating in the entire onsite program in Jakarta.
- Strong motivation and a quick aptitude for mastering AI-based technologies.
